Community and Voluntary Sector Development Manager with MK Community Foundation
Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 pro rata

To take their business forward and achieve their ambitions for 2015 and beyond, they are seeking an exceptional person to join their very busy team and make a significant impact on the growing community of Milton Keynes.
You will work as part of the Programmes team to manage several projects, including the annual Community Car Raffle, Bursary Programme, Voluntary Sector Reception, and Localgiving. You will engage in training sessions with voluntary sector groups and support groups to develop a strong online presence to maximise donations, and to make the most of fundraising opportunities. You will work alongside the wider team to ensure all targets are met, and will keep records of communications with groups and their progress.
They are seeking a motivated and proactive individual who is passionate about their work and has exceptional communication, interpersonal, organisational and IT skills, as well as energy and empathy towards community needs. You will have excellent IT and written skills with the ability to manage databases, and marketing experience will be an advantage. You will be highly organised, target driven and will embrace and enjoy working in an interesting and fast paced environment. Corporate Fundraising Coordinator with Spinal Injuries Association

Spinal Injuries Association are currently seeking to recruit a Corporate Fundraising Co-ordinator to join their exciting Business Development team and be responsible for coordinating aspects of their corporate fundraising activity. This includes helping to identify, develop and manage relationships with corporate supporters relevant to the work of SIA services, and co-ordinating our Corporate Partnership Programme and Charity of the Year relationships, which currently includes being the Official Charity of WilliamsF1.
The Spinal Injuries Association (SIA) is a leading national organisation supporting individuals who sustain damage to the spinal cord resulting in paralysis.
Their ideal candidate will have a good background in corporate fundraising (including knowledge of corporate sector CSR issues and practice), will be an effective and persuasive communicator and possess excellent interpersonal, planning, IT and time management skills.
