Milton Keynes Council will be consulting for 12 weeks on its Emerging Preferred Options for the Site Allocations Plan. The Site Allocations Plan is being prepared to boost housing land supply in Milton Keynes. Following an Issues & Options consultation last year the Council has assessed 61 sites in the urban area and has identified its emerging preferred options. The consultation document invites feedback on how this has been done as well as covering more general aspects of the plan such as the overall level of development. The consultation document, along with all the individual site assessments, is now available to view on their website at http://www.milton-keynes.gov.uk/planning-and-building/planning-policy/site-allocations-plan.

Comments must be received by 5pm on Wednesday 20th January 2016. You can respond via email (siteallocations@milton-keynes.gov.uk) or comment directly on the consultation via their consultation portal (http://miltonkeynes-consult.objective.co.uk/portal/).
