We are delighted to invite you to a workshop, which looks at why it is vital to fundraise to support your groups and projects.
The workshop will be facilitated by Sam Davies, a fundraising professional, who has a comprehensive experience of working in successful fundraising teams at a number of charities including the Gorilla Organization, Shelter, Cystic Fibrosis Trust and Ceoliac UK.
The workshop will cover:
Introduction (overview of the charity sector & voluntary income)
Telling your fundraising story
Using online fundraising
Retaining and thanking your supporters
Key tips and rules for events, public collections, and raffles
There will be a Q&A session at the end of the presentation.
Come along to the workshop to find out more about fundraising, meet other local groups from across Milton Keynes and enjoy yummy refreshments.
Please sign up via the CAMK eventbrite page to book your space, or call Hannah on 01908 661623.
This workshop is funded by Safer MK as part of a series of networking events and skills development sessions for community facing workers and Neighbourhood Action Groups.
