Based in Milton Keynes you will provide technical expertise focused on GAAP, SORP, Tax, VAT and ensure strong financial controls. You will lead and manage the annual audit and annual report and account processes and perform Treasury and Cash Management Activities.

To be considered for this role you will be a fully qualified, or finalist CCAB Accountant with relevant experience in treasury and control.

Publishing Support Assistant with Scripture Union
Salary: £18,800 p/a (Dependent on capability and experience, plus 9% pension and other benefits), (Dependent on capability and experience, plus 9% pension and other benefits)

Scripture Union are seeking the right person to be part of a small team of publishing assistants within their exciting publishing ministry. This is a full-time position, on a fixed-term basis, to be reviewed after 12 months, in a role that will give you exposure to various aspects of the publishing production business, with primary responsibility for uploading digital products. They are seeking someone who is enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic and who shares their core values.
You will have:
· Excellent computer skills, to include Word, Excel, Outlook and Database
· Analytical and organisational skills
· Administrative and communication skills
· The ability to work as part of a team with a systematic and methodical approach to your work
Attention to detail is a must in this role, along with the ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and have a willingness and ability to learn new skills and technologies.
