ChangesMK is currently looking for a self-motivated Teacher & Teacher Assistant to run an supplementary school at ChangesMK.
Responsibilities:
- To teach small groups of students science subject, adapting resources to ensure all students are able to make progress within this group
- To assess, monitor, record and report on the learning needs, progress and achievements of assigned students
- To assist in adapting resources to ensure students from this group are able to access the wider curriculum
- To work with others on curriculum and/or student development teams to secure coordinated outcomes
- To adapt resources for personalised in class support of students in other key lessons
- To work with students who have been in receipt of initial targeted support to ensure that their progress is sustained and transferred to their wider learning
- To regularly set and mark homework, according to Changes MK policy to liaise with parents where appropriate
Skills and experiences:
- Good communication skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Excellent I.T skills
- Strong written and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to think and work creatively
- Enthusiasm

Qualification and Training required
- Although any degree discipline is acceptable,
- Maths , English & Science : A* to C
