Heard about a Raspberry Pi and wondered what it is and how to use it?
Are your kids learning about coding at school and you are being left behind?
Come along to this practical workshop on 17th August for the opportunity to learn about how to put together a Raspberry Pi computer through an interactive exercise.
- Find out about how this small and inexpensive device could revolutionise your life and knowledge of computers.
- Meet other people who are interested in technology and ways of making it available to ordinary citizens, while contributing to increasing levels of computing literacy.
- Contribute to MK:Smart, a large city-wide project that is aiming to enable citizens in Milton Keynes to influence the city’s developments and make it a smarter and a more sustainable place to live.
Anyone interested is welcome to come along: no prior knowledge of computers and technology is required. The workshop will be run in a relaxed and practical way.
The event will be held at UCMK campus at 502 Avebury Boulevard, MK9 3HS on Wednesday 17th August: 3-5pm. Refreshments will be provided.
Register your place on Eventbrite: rpiworkshop.eventbrite.co.uk
