Works For Us are seeking expressions of interest from qualified and experienced English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Tutors for sessional ESOL delivery, supporting people into employment. This is part of a two year Building Better Opportunities Support into Employment project which will support unemployed and economically inactive participants to overcome barriers to move into, or closer to, paid employment. Tutors must have their own transport and be willing to work in Milton Keynes, Aylesbury and districts of Cherwell, Oxfordshire.
Works for Us promotes social inclusion by helping people to make informed choices about employment and training needs, providing them with a pathway to paid or better paid work. We enable them to access vocational guidance, training and work experience opportunities. We raise their skill levels, qualifications, motivation and confidence to help them to compete more effectively in the labour market.
