Key Account Manager – F2F Agencies with World Vision
Terms: Fixed Term contract to 30th September 2017
Location: Milton Keynes or London (London Weighting Allowance of £3,200 per annum)

Are you an experienced and talented Key Account or Contract Manager? Are you able to build strong partnerships with agencies in a fast-moving consumer-focused environment? Can you help them acquire the sponsors they need to address the needs of the most vulnerable children across the world?
If you are, this exciting and varied role will give you scope to make a massive difference in five key areas of responsibility:
Account Management – Building relationships at all levels of agencies, using a wide range of problem-solving, negotiation and influencing skills
Internal stakeholder management – Ensuring the smooth operation of face to face fundraising services delivered by agencies on behalf of World Vision
Monitoring and reporting – Able to analyse and drive performance, accurately representing the achievements of the partnerships you are responsible for
Financial Management – Making sure clear and simple processes and administration characterise their relationships with agencies to make the most of supporters’ funds
Training and Development – Oversee and plan the programme to enable agencies to authentically represent World Vision
You should be:
- Confident in negotiating with agencies at the highest level
- Expert at building lasting partnerships with agencies
- A natural problem-solver
- Have a strong eye for detail, particularly in administration and processes
