Run Hackney Half Marathon (event date 30th April)

Run or wheel 13.1 miles for Spinal Injuries Association and see some famous landmarks along the way. The route is flat, green and fast the perfect mix of countryside and city sights.


Bike Burma (event date 2-12 November)

Discover the diverse and culture of South East Asia with a bike ride in the Shan Mountains. Pine forests, luscious landscapes and hill tribe villages make for a unique cycling challenge experience, whilst support Spinal Injuries.

Option 1 (minimum sponsorship) £299 reg fee and agree to raise £3000 tour cost

Option 2 (own place) £299 reg fee and pay £1600 tour cost approx.


The Superhero Fun Run

Taking place May Bank Holiday is a day of fun, colour and of course superheroes. Inclusive for all the family and abilities, the route is just under 3k with the finish line will take you inside home of the MK Dons, stadiummk.

Berlin Marathon (event date 24th September – reg closing date 4th aug)

Wheelchair and hand-cycle users this is an event you do not want to miss. Travel to the German city of Berlin for 26.2 miles of iconic scenery all whilst raising money to support vital services of Spinal Injuries Association. Funds raised can be used to support the Peer Support Service, Advice Line and training material for healthcare professionals.


Tough Mudder (various dates – prices rise 26th Jan)

If you have ever wanted an excuse to jump in that muddy puddle or test yourself across various obstacles then you should join #TeamSIA at Tough Mudder. There are different locations across the UK, help spread the word and raise awareness of Spinal Injuries Association whilst fundraising for the spinal cord injured community.


Ride London – (event date 30th July)

Back for their second year at Prudential Ride London, Spinal Injuries Association have places available in the three day cycling festival. Be a part of the legacy from the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and cycle 100 or 46 miles.

This year there will be 100 tandems and 50 tricycles allowed, with preference given to riders with a disability.
