We have two wonderful opportunities for you!

We have a Cycle Ride Leader Course on Saturday 8th April 2017.

It is a free training course and it is available for those who want to get active in their community with the view of leading local cycle ride groups.

We also have Health Walk Leader Training coming up on the Thursday 27th April 2017.

This is a free training course. It is aimed at people who want to volunteer in their community leading walks to improve health.

Both activities are part of  our Physical Activity Volunteering Project. Anyone who attends these training sessions will be given a credit which will entitle them to some free sessions at a gym.
