We’re sharing stories about amazing volunteers giving their time in Milton Keynes. This spotlight is on Heather Leask, who is volunteering at Swan Credit Union/MK Community Bank.

Heather has taken on two separate tasks over a period of about 5 years (i) staffing the drop in centre at Foundation house, Wolverton every other Tuesday morning to assist members who wish to talk directly to the credit union (ii) drafting articles for Town and Parish Council newsletters to residents.

She is very reliable and knowledgeable and can safely be left on her own with these tasks.

Heather is committed to the ethos and objectives of the credit union and gives her time to help spread the word among the community.
