Hotel La Tour is looking to develop a luxury hotel on the site of the Coach Park (to the east of John Lewis) in Central Milton Keynes. The new hotel will include 250 bedrooms, conference facilities and meetings rooms, an outdoor terrace, a rooftop restaurant and bar open to the public alongside gym and spa facilities.

Local stakeholder groups and members of the public are invited to stakeholder workshops next week on Tuesday 15 August and Thursday 17 August 2017 at 18:15 – 20:00 to give feedback on the proposals.

The proposed workshops follow on from a public consultation held in June 2017. The aim is to ensure there is a further opportunity for public engagement around addressing Development Plan policies including those within the Business Neighbourhood Plan for Central Milton Keynes. The workshops will be run by an independent facilitator and hosted by the Hotel La Tour project team.

More information on the proposals by way of background can be found at:

Hotel La Tour

Two workshops will be held, this is to ensure that where representatives are attending on behalf of local groups, you are able to feedback to your groups between the two sessions and collate comments to bring to the second workshop.

The first workshop will be a briefing. It will introduce Hotel La Tour and the proposals, setting out how the proposals have developed to date. It will also provide you with a chance to ask any questions following which will set the framework for the second workshop.

The second workshop will provide the opportunity for you to put forward your feedback and present suggestions on the scheme.

Following the workshops an independent summary report and survey will be published for comment.
