homescreenAs part of this year’s birthday celebrations for Milton Keynes reaching the big 5-0, David Lock Associates (Town Planners and Urban Designers) have created a website dedicated to the beautiful trees in the Borough.

Milton Keynes boasts over 5,000 acres of parkland, rivers, lakes and woodland including over 22 million trees. The website maps out the location of 49 of these trees – nominated by staff at DLA who have worked and lived in the area for many years – for either their location, their aesthetic qualities or personal memories they may hold.

Have a look and find your favourite. Why not post comments and images on social media following a visit to a specific tree? You will also find a page to vote for a 50th tree to be planted to celebrate Milton Keynes’ anniversary. It’s your chance to be part of celebrating our city of trees!
