Making a representation
You can respond online, by post or email but you should complete a response form so that any representation you make can be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate with the necessary information.
You will need to identify what part of the Proposed Submission Plan:MK October 2017 you are commenting upon (or Sustainability Appraisal or Habitats Regulations Assessment if you are commenting on these) and use a separate form for each representation you wish to make.
The Inspector will need to know whether or not you consider the plan to be sound and/or legally compliant and, if not, what are the reasons for this. You may find it helpful to refer to the Guidance Notes for Respondents which are available at
http://www.milton-keynes.gov.uk/planmk
If you prefer to submit written representations by email or post, please use the response form which will be available during the consultation period at the inspection points or online or by contacting the Development Plans team.
Representations must be submitted by 5pm on Wednesday 20 December 2017 either:
- online via the Council’s consultation portal: http://miltonkeynes.objective.co.uk/portal/
- by e-mail to: planmk@milton-keynes.gov.uk
- by post to: Development Plans, Growth, Economy and Culture, Milton Keynes Council, Civic Offices, 1 Saxon Gate East, Central Milton Keynes, MK9 3EJ
MKC cannot accept late representations. Your comments will be made public, although personal details will be redacted and not published.
