Today sees the start of Trustees’ Week 2017 and to kick off celebrations we’re sharing some fantastic opportunities to help charities in community groups in Milton Keynes by volunteering to be a trustee.
First up, Acorn Early Years Foundation have a vacancy for a trustee. If you are interested in early years care and education, training, and outdoor play and learning, please take a look at this opportunity.
The Management Committee of Two Mile Ash Community Centre, which serves the local residents of Two Mile Ash, is looking for a Treasurer/Financial Adviser/Trustee.
Meetings are held in the evenings, approximately five times a year.
Previous experience of accountancy and/or financial advice is required, as well as an interest in the local community. Read more here.
Rickley Park Park Primary School is located in Bletchley and serves the local community. They are currently looking for a Community Governor to join their team.
