Help MK Youth Cabinet make a video to raise awareness about young people’s mental health – the second highest issue voted by young people in MK
They are in need of young people, between the ages of 11 and 18, to share their personal experiences of mental health and express views in a video. Volunteers can take part anonymously, via a written story or voice.
The video will explain what kind of mental health issues young people go through as well as the personal stories. It will be shared across Milton Keynes (and maybe wider) to challenge the sigma of mental health. They want professionals to use this film to educate young people and other adults about mental health.
Mental health is something that affects everyone.
If you are interested in being part of the video please contact Roz Mascarenhas on roz.mascarenhas@milton-keynes.gov.uk or call/text 07984 157122
