Milton Keynes Council is updating its existing Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) to reflect changes in planning policy and guidance, including the emerging Plan:MK, since the SPD was adopted in 2013.

Consultants AECOM have been commissioned by Milton Keynes Council to undertake this work.

As part of this work, Milton Keynes Council will be consulting on a draft version of an updated SPD between 19 March and 27 April. To raise awareness amongst key stakeholders, Milton Keynes Council are holding a consultation event that will include a presentation on what changes are being made to the SPD, facilitated discussion of key issues  and an open floor Q&A session.  Details of the event are below:
