The new Healthwatch Strategy for Milton Keynes strategy sets out how they will fulfil the dual role of engaging with the local population, and ensuring that those who pay for services listen, respond to their needs and design services alongside them.

Healthwatch MK’s role is to amplify the voice of local people and use it to ensure that health and social care services are designed and delivered with their needs in mind.

The hope is that the strategy reflects a focus on improving local services and making sure they work for the people who use them.

They want as many people as possible to hear about our new three-year strategy and how they are working to improve local health and social care services for the people who use them.
