Salary: £14,333.00 (pro-rata for part time working) [FTE £21,500.00]

The new post of Administration Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support for Healthwatch Milton Keynes and personal assistant support to the CEO; Ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day office functions including record keeping, data management, financial administration and human resources records.
Duties will include supporting the CEO and Deputy CEO to process and maintain membership/stakeholder data in line with Information Governance Policy;
Undertake bookkeeping for the organisation; Manage the petty cash system for Healthwatch Milton Keynes; Support the CEO in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and monthly management accounts for the Board of Trustees; Ensure the accurate record keeping of the organisation’s records and ensure that electronic and paper records for all staff and volunteers are accurate, and maintained to a high standard.
Candidates should possess knowledge of bookkeeping and record keeping in line with GDPR; report writing and communication skills.
Candidates should possess good IT skills; be numerate and literate; with excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience of working within a Social Care or Healthcare setting is highly desirable.
