Service Development & Assessment Manager
(Social Worker/Occupational Therapist/Speech-and-Language-Therapist/Nurse)
Salary: up to £37.000 per annum (depending on experience and qualification level)
Location: Camphill MK Communities, Milton Keynes
Full time: 37.5 hours per week

About you:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech-and-Language- Therapy or Nursing professional, or aligned healthcare professional with experience of working within one
or more of the following fields: adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health, to take up a post in our community.

This job offers the opportunity of utilising your assessment skills to assess present and prospective residents alongside the freedom to engage your professional principles and experience to help shape the future of our
community and positively impact on peoples lives. In an environment that is small enough to really know the people you work with and yet big enough to offer development opportunities and growth. There is scope to
develop management practice without losing touch with service users (the reason most of us start a career in health and social care).
Working in close liaison with our CEO and the registered manager, you will be part of the Strategic Management Team, sharing in the development of strategic plans and helping to develop new services or more effective ways of delivering current services. You will carry out relevant assessments and provide assistance, guidance and direction to colleagues and managers in the provision of support to our growing group of residents in line with our values and principles of care.
