Celebrating Refugees Welcome Campaign

A party invitation for you and your family! Please come!

Date: Sunday 17 July 2016
Time: 12.00 – 15.00
Place: 22 Landsborough Gate,
Willen, MK15 9JT

Over the last months, the Refugees Welcome Campaign has gone through many changes, from a few people with passion and ideas in October, to a current tri-lateral partnership (see ‘Who are Refugees Welcome MK’ below) with families supported, systems forming and momentum building.

We, as the core group of the Refugees Welcome Campaign, wanted to celebrate the journey of the last months together with the supporters of the campaign and would like to invite you to our summer gathering. This will be an informal event, where food and drinks will be provided and where everyone can pause, rest, celebrate and enjoy each others’ company. This will also be a great opportunity to meet the families who have moved to Milton Keynes who will be attending with their children.

Children of all ages are welcome to come, and if possible are welcome to bring games to play together. There will also be a paddling pool and water toys, so a towel might be a good idea too.

If you are able to attend, please click here to send an email letting us know of how many people will be attending and any dietary requirements.
