We’re at Hummingbirds Children Centre every Wednesday to offer our support as well as share the work of local Community and Voluntary groups who join us. Conniburrow Wellbeing Cafe
Wednesdays 10:30 – 2.30pm

ROC wellbeing group are collaborating with Great Linford Parish Council, the Big Local, the Salvation Army and residents of Conniburrow to open a Wellbeing Cafe on Conniburrow. The Cafe will be open on Wednesdays 10:30am to 2pm and will offer tea, coffee, soft drinks, sandwiches, toasties and paninis and cakes. We are starting with craft activities and will add to this as we hear and respond to local need. Find out more here.

Grapevine Wellbeing Cafe – Coffee Hall
Fridays 10am – 1pm

ROC wellbeing group also run a wellbeing cafe in Coffee Hall under the name Grapevine. Here you can have a friendly cuppa, chat and toastie, as well as learn about or get involved with their gardening club and their Friendship Shed. Find out more here.

Peer Support and the pandemic: Thrived or just survived?

We will be joined once again by Gamiel Yafai, Director of Diversity Marketplace to explore what we can do and how we can implement practical steps to creating a culture of inclusion and becoming a diversity champion or an EDI ally within your organisation. This session follows on from our highly acclaimed ‘Why we need to create a culture of inclusion’ workshops that were held in October – however, you do not need to have been to those to attend these workshops.
