Community Action: MK toolkit

We know there is a lot of information to process, some factual and some hearsay. We have been working on a toolkit to help groups get through this difficult time. This pack aims to filter out the confusing messages and provide straightforward and practical advice for you and your group.

We understand that some volunteer roles may become redundant at this time, or you might be lacking in volunteers due to government recommendations and measures. In this instance please get in contact to let us know if you have volunteers that might be willing to help in another capacity, or any urgent roles in your service that could be filled by volunteers.

Mental Health Support for Groups

We have compiled a list of recent offers of support for groups and their staff and volunteers from a variety of different organisations / sources. We have put this together in recognition of the ever-growing and pressing need for mental health support, particularly during this Covid-19 crisis, and those that are working in highly emotive environments and encountering new situations and challenges as a result of this.

Mental Health Support Information Sheet for Groups

Please note: the above document will be updated accordingly and as and when we receive up to date information about the offers of support listed. Watch this space!
