Collaborative Action Groups
As a response to the Covid-19 crisis, we have also been facilitating a network of Collaborative Action Groups (CAGs), a new approach to supporting the sector that we are currently testing. The network brings together a wide range of voluntary groups/charities, volunteers and community leaders to share learning and identify issues and gaps within our communities, and to make sure that those in most need receive the support they require. The CAGs meet online and share resources/training through an online platform. If you would like to join this collaborative network, please get in touch.
What other said about our work
It is very valuable having an organisation that has its ear to the ground, is up to speed with local developments and the needs of the community. Also, to have an organisation that can pull together resources, networking opportunities helps with not having to reinvent the wheel the whole time.
