We’re at Hummingbirds Children Centre every Wednesday to offer our support as well as share the work of local Community and Voluntary groups who join us. Social Impact Training for Charities and Social Enterprises in Milton Keynes | Social Business Alliance

Social Business Alliance has commissioned The Connectives to deliver training to the VCSE sector. This training is offered free to Charities and Social Enterprises that wish to demonstrate their Social Impact in tenders and contracts, working with the Public and Private Sector. The sessions will adopt an Action Learning Methodology. There are only 10 places on this training. All sessions will be over Zoom and resources will be provided. Delegates must attend all sessions. Conniburrow Wellbeing Cafe
Wednesdays 10:30 – 2.30pm
ROC wellbeing group are collaborating with Great Linford Parish Council, the Big Local, the Salvation Army and residents of Conniburrow to open a Wellbeing Cafe on Conniburrow. The Cafe will be open on Wednesdays 10:30am to 2pm and will offer tea, coffee, soft drinks, sandwiches, toasties and paninis and cakes. We are starting with craft activities and will add to this as we hear and respond to local need. Find out more here.

Safe Space in the Workplace

Free Employers play a huge role in supporting victims of domestic abuse, by creating a safe space in the workplace to provide a network of support outside of a victim’s home. The workplace could be one of the few places where victims feel safe to speak out about what is happening to them. This is an opportunity to find out how to grow a safe and supportive workplace for staff and clients.
