We are pleased to be facilitating and hosting Caroline Broadway from Dandelion Applied AI to come and share an introductory overview about AI for voluntary and community groups.
Have you heard about ChatGPT? It is now a top 20 website, with millions using it to save time. Research suggests around two thirds (60%) of charities have started using AI tools.
Not sure where to start? Then come along to our overview session which will provide practical tips and common pitfalls. We’ll also touch on how to use AI ethically.
What we’ll cover:
- Introduction to Generative AI: what it is and how it can help VCSE organisations.
- How to get the best results: tips on prompting techniques (giving instructions).
- Limitations and ethics: what to be aware of when using AI tools.
A bit about Caroline, from Dandelion Applied AI:
Caroline Broadway is an AI trainer and supports organisations with AI adoption. She’s worked in VCSE sector, as a Fundraising and Communications Director and as a volunteer, so is able to provide relevant and actionable examples. She works with non-techies, making AI accessible to all.
There will then be a follow on session at the end of March. There will be an opportunity for attendees of this session to choose what this might look like for them!
