Celebrate Volunteers’ Week 2025 with us! 🎉
Volunteers’ Week 2025 is nearly here, and we’d love you to join us in celebrating the amazing people who give their time to make our community stronger.
On Tuesday 3 June, we’ll be at centre: MK with a Volunteer Recruitment Event – a great chance for local charities and community groups to showcase their opportunities and connect with new volunteers.

Then on Wednesday 4 June, join us at MK Rose, Campbell Park from 10.30am – 12pm for our uplifting Volunteers’ Week Celebration – expect stories, networking, and a chance to contribute your own special thank you video to your volunteers who make it all happen! We will also be writing tributes to volunteers and tying these to the Volunteering Pillar at MK Rose – it’s a celebratory event not to miss!

In the run-up to Volunteers’ Week, we are also calling out for stories and videos from local groups, organisations, and volunteers themselves. Whether it’s a small moment that made a big difference or an inspiring journey through volunteering, we want to hear it! Tell us how your volunteers have made an impact, or share your own story as a volunteer.
You can find a template to download and send us your story here, or click the button below to fill out a simple form with your story. We would also love to see images and videos as much as possible to go with the stories, so we can celebrate and showcase these across our social media channels and website to help shine a light on the power of volunteering in Milton Keynes
